Customers can cancel their orders by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. In such cases, we will refund any payments made for the order, which will be processed within 5-7 working days and transferred to the customer’s bank account. Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer, no exchange or refund is possible.
Changes and Cancellations:
Any modifications to accepted orders, such as item additions, specification changes, or quantity changes, will be updated in the order details. All sales are final, but item cancellations and quantity changes may be made before the order is shipped. If our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are any issues with your selected payment method, we may cancel accepted orders before shipment without liability.
Please be advised that if you refuse to accept the product delivered to the address you provided, you will be held responsible for the courier expenses for both the delivery and return of the product as well as a penalty fee of 50% of the transaction value on your bill.
Duplicate Orders:
If you accidentally place an order for the same product twice and wish to receive a refund for one transaction, you must inform us within 24 hours via email or phone. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier expenses (both ways) and a penalty of 50% of the transaction value will be levied. Refunds for such cases will be processed in 7 to 8 days or according to individual bank policies.
Fraudulent Transactions:
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Use at our sole discretion.
Quality Concerns:
- Dissatisfaction with Quality: Customers cannot seek cancellation or refund based on dissatisfaction with the quality of Sadgee Masale products. However, they can send feedback to thesoulprop@gmail.com, and we will address their concerns.
- Shortfall in Delivery or Damaged Items: If there is a shortfall in delivery or if food items are damaged, customers must return the items to the delivery person with a written complaint on the bill. They should also inform Sadgee Masale via email within 24 hours. Sadgee Masale will investigate and provide a decision within 10 days, which will be final and binding.
Order Cancellation:
The Company may cancel all or part of an order initiated by the Buyer if:
- The provided information, instructions, or authorizations are incomplete or insufficient.
- The item is out of stock.
- The transaction cannot be completed for reasons beyond the Company’s control.
- The Company is closed for business or unable to deliver for any reason.
- The Buyer has not paid for the order before delivery or pickup.
